Anyone can do something for a short period of time, but to stay consistent and keep showing up week after week, THAT should be recognized! Consistency is the most challenging components of fitness and we are so proud of our members who consistently show up to class day after day, investing in their health and in the Lift community. Intensity and Consistency - At lift, we want to award effort, not just attendance. Below is our leaderboard based on members’ Myzone Effort Points. Each person earns MEPs according to their workout intensity (points per minute in each heart rate training zone) and rank advance as they consistently meet their monthly MEPs goal.
