1. The Meal Plan

The meal plan is insanely simple, yet powerful. If it’s not on this list, don’t eat it. If it’s calorie free, it’s ok with me. Measure meat raw and carbs cooked. Veggies are free EXCEPT: Peas, carrots, corn, squash, zucchini, eggplant, pumpkin and beets. Avoid these veggies while dieting.

If you can commit to this short time of nailing your diet, you can experience extreme results BUT, not if you modify the diet or go off plan. You must follow it to the “t”.

5. Set Goals

Before you can set a goal, you have to know where you are. The final step to success is knowing exactly where you are now and where you want to be.

A - Weigh Yourself (take a scale photo to document your weight)

B - Take before photos (you’ll be surprised how much you can change over the next few weeks, but if you don’t document it, you’d be surprised how quick you get used to your new body and forget where you started and how far you’ve come. C - WHY are you doing this? If you don’t have a good reason to start, you will not have to have a good reason to quit. You will need a really good WHY to really succeed.

D - What will be your reward? We all need to reward ourselves for our hard work. You will already get the reward of a great healthy physique, but what can you plan to look forward to once this is over? A shopping spree? A vacation? A spa treatment?

E - Think of who you are becoming. It’s important to let go of the person you once were and focus on who you are actually becoming. You must think long term. Who are you going to be in 4 weeks, 8 weeks, 4 months, 8 months, 4 years, 8 years… This is reality. Everything you do now affects the future. This cannot be a quick fix. It must be a new you.
