Why everyone should do an InBody
One of the reasons we got our inbody body composition machine is because so many people make incredible changes during the first 3-6 weeks of starting a new program that will not show up on a traditional scale. As a result, people often quit not realizing they already are actually making serious progress.
For instance, in 4 weeks, the inbody can show someone has gained 2-4lbs of muscle weight and lost 4-8lbs of fat. However, the scale may only show a small change in overall weight.
